What are the times and days you deliver?
We deliver Monday - Saturday (Sunday in high season) from 8am to 8pm
Is it possible to receive my delivery at weekends?
Yes, this can be arranged (subject to availability). Please call us to arrange after placing your order to check availability. We charge an additional £40 for weekend delivery which is payable on booking.
Can I specify a time for delivery?
We always aim to be as flexible as possible, however, it is not always feasable to choose an AM or PM delivery slot. The drivers will always call 30-60 mins prior to their arrival at your property.
How do I arrange delivery if I have special access requirements?
Upon placing your order, please ensure you notify us of any narrow roads or awkward staircases! This will allow us to plan ahead and make sure your delivery is right the first time.
What do I do if I want to place my order now but I'm not ready to accept delivery right away?
Upon placing your order, please inform the team if you're not ready to accept delivery. We will attempt to accommodate you as best we can.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
Yes, please call a member of our team on 0161 683 0158 if you wish to amend your delivery details. You will be asked to provide a form of identification via a verification email for this to be optimised.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection can be arranged by appointment at our Manchester warehouse, please call us to arrange. Upon collection you will be required to provide us with a driving licence or passport. The person that placed the order must collect the items.
Do you deliver internationally?
No, however we will deliver your items to any shipment company within mainland England, Scotland and Wales but you will have to make your own arrangments from this point onwards.
